Membership of the Red Cross
Everyone who supports the fundamental principles and purpose of the Red Cross is warmly welcome to become a member of the Red Cross.
The annual membership fee for individuals is DKK 200 and is charged on March 1.
As a member, you have access to the annual general meeting of the Red Cross, where you have voting rights and therefore take part in electing the Red Cross board.
With your annual membership fee, you also contribute to supporting the humanitarian work of the Red Cross in the Faroe Islands and around the world.
Members receive a newsletter from the Red Cross by email, which is registered upon sign-up. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, please notify us at redcross@redcross.fo or click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.

Fill out the form in the link “Become a member” below to sign up.
Membership registration takes place through the system Mínrokning, which also sets up an automatic payment agreement. Fill in the fields, choose whether you want to be a member as an individual or as an organization, and click “Sign up.”
Note: It is necessary to provide a personal ID number (p-number) to complete the bank transfer. The p-number is not stored by the Red Cross.
